The Ridge At Playa Grande Hotel Cabo San Lucas, Cabo San Lucas

I had a fantastic stay at The Ridge, with a large and comfortable room that offered stunning views of the marina. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the marina and nearby attractions. While the dining options were impressive, particularly during the brunch, the check-in process and some all-inclusive policies left room for improvement. Overall, we enjoyed great service, especially from staff like Rogelio and Miriam, but had some hiccups with the phone contact and the initial check-in experience.

The resort has a stunning view and spacious rooms, which made our stay enjoyable. However, the persistent pressure from staff to attend timeshare presentations and the overwhelming presence of vendors outside were quite distracting. While the pools were well-kept and we loved the beach access, the dining options felt overpriced for what they provided.
